The 8 Scepters

Oh noes!

After receiving another letter in the mail, the adventurers encountered a battle between the Hammervale navy and Blood Bandit Pirates at the docks. We helped out and set sail for another scepter. A ship arose from the depths and attempted to take over our ship but we ultimately defeated the skeleton pirates. More sailing and another beast from the depths challenged us: tentacles. These monsters tried to bring down the ship. After defeating a few, a giant roper tentacle crashed down and took out the ship.

We awoke in a strange, dark, damp cave that smelt of sulfur and defeated a few monsters trying to find our way out.

The beginning

We started off the campaign by assisting Lord Therius in capturing a scepter. We got an assistant named Norgrim, crossed the Valley of Vestitude, entered the Devouring Quagmire, and learned about an order called the Blood Bandits. We learned what the Templar faction is and another faction named the Seekers. It turns out everyone wants the scepters for their own power. After killing some seekers and finding the first scepter, we got carried away by a giant bird that landed us on a castle full of bandits. After slaying a general for the blood bandits, we escaped with the scepter once again and fled to Hammervale.

We must find the rest of the scepters. To do this, we must investigate in the city.
